NIKKOR LENS

Nikon originally reserved the Nikkor designation for its highest-quality imaging optics, but in recent history almost all Nikon lenses are so branded.

In this design I uses a projection of Quasicrystal light patterns over a surface of Penrose Tiles to demonstrate the superior optical precision in the manufacturing and crafting of NIKKOR lenses.

NIKKOR extra-low-dispersion glasses are used to reduce chromatic aberration.
