Dropdown UI

I learnt a great importance of making UI style guide. So, I just started to make one for a project. I wonder though, is it normal to have shading effect on dropdown focus? Do you think this colour is too bright? Lots of feedback is loved :) Thank you!

p.s. Does anyone know how to export drop-shadow or transparency effects in Sketch to PDF? Not the one that changes to png and then make it to PDF. Thank you :D
