Family Epic, Part 1, Page 6

A comic that focuses on turning the oral history of my family into a visual narrative. Part 1 tells the story of Hanson Gregory, the accidental inventor of the hole in the donut, and part 2 focuses on Uncle Stacy, a polio survivor and world traveler. Sections of the story taking place in the 21st century are done with crosshatching while things in the past are rendered in ink wash.
