During my studies in AKTO College and under my teacher's Artemis Roussos supervision, we were asked to pick from a list one writer and design three covers for three individual books of their work.

I choosed the famous Greek children's literature writer Alki Zei with her monumental books "Ο μεγάλος περίπατος του Πέτρου" (Petros' War) - 1971, "Το καπλάνι της βιτρίνας" (The Tiger in the Shop Window a.k.a Wildcat Under Glass) - 1963 and "Η μωβ ομπρέλα" (The Purple Umbrella) - 1989.

One of the significant purposes of this course was to design these covers, keeping a main form, as a trilogy of books.So I kept in common the style of the design a.k.a fonts,colors e.t.c and the illustration tecnique but trying to give in every cover a unique character inspired by the book's story.
