User Experience Process

When I started my current job, the company had never worked with designers (let alone UXers!). The transition was rocky at first, so I outlined an ideal UX workflow for developing new products. This chart was a *little* intimidating, but I had a lot of fun thinking this through, and still refer back to it often. One year later, we've made progress, but we still have a ways to go!
