HoloViews Logo Design

I was tasked to create a logo for the data analytics software, Holoviews
I was mainly inspired to design something based on the name, HoloViews, and the idea of data visualization itself.
In my research, I found a lot of data visualization relies on geometric shapes like prisms to showcase the hard data. After building the prism, I gave the logo some negative space and used color combinations to showcase the “Hollow Views” of HoloViews.
(taking arbitrary numerical data and turning it into a image).

The logo is used to identify the product on the web as stickers, white pages and other collateral.
