Executive Order 9066

I was inspired to make this piece after listening to the 99 Percent Invisible podcast about the Manzanar Japanese Interment Camp. This was a really dark point (among many) in American history which often goes undiscussed. As Edmund Burke said, "Those who don't know history are destined to repeat it." It's important to remember the good and bad of who we are as a nation. •
