Video Controllers - Vimeo Redesign Concept - WIP

Just playing around redesigning Vimeo video controllers!

Had a chat with 7 friends of mine that use both YouTube and Vimeo, and found out that people actually want to see the controllers when they hover the bottom part of the video player. I mean, they expect it to show up, they want to interact with it.

They should be obvious, easy to use, so then users do what they have to do, and the controllers fade away letting the video be in focus again.
