Demo cars control

Few days ago I have been asked to come up with a design solution to improve the user experience of a demo which allows the user to control a car on a racetrack. So I basically kept the functionalities and components that the engineers team built already, but I had freedom to come up with a different solution to improve the design. So here what I proposed.
