Laser Cut/Engraved "book" - Renaissance Music Theme

Created as part of Adobe's ADIM Conference projects where we had access to Universal Laser Engravers, as well as Epson large format printers with the master Jack Duganne running print operations. Theme of the conference was Shakespeare by the Sea, so all projects were inspired by the time period. I choose a lute as my inspiration for the cover and hand-strung the strings and built the interior (hidden) structure to create the tension.
