Multi-class CrossFit Gym Schedule Display

Work-in-progress UX solution working with my gym's schedule embed. We need to display multiple class programs that happen on different days of the week. By doubling-up and stacking the two schedules we can show two different days at the same time.

I modified the embed output to grab the next available class of the week so there will never be a "no class today" value, even for weekly classes. 🤓
