Career in Gear is an online experience that uses games to help prospective students learn more about who they are, what motivates them, how to explore occupations and discover NSCC programs which may align to their interests and goals. Users follow a series of fun, easy to complete steps to guide them through a career planning process.

The badges are issued as a form of reward for completing certain tasks/stages within the application so they were designed with fun and happiness in mind, maintaining a flat design style using bright friendly colours.
