Field States

So I've been playing with a design for work on my lunch today, and wanted to experiment with field states. I'd like to get peoples opinions pleeease :-)

I'm not to sure it really needs a focus state on an error, but I threw it in for good measure.

On the first two please ignore the non-white sections on the far right, editing mistake :-)
