Red Sox starter Chris Sale was dominant on the mound as usual, striking out ten, walking one, and allowing only four hits and three earned runs over 8⅓ innings of work. Left-fielder Chris Young went 3-for-5 with everyone else in the lineup, except for designated hitter Hanley Ramírez, chipping in at least one hit.
