Kit Matrix

For Shopify Hack Days, the company-wide focus was on improving internal systems and processes.

The project I took part of was redesigning the Kit Admin Portal which is used by our CS team to manage merchant accounts. (attached is current version) Outside of obvious UI shortcomings, navigation and data grouping were primary pain points to solve for.

One of the cooler things we did with on the project was mapping Kit's brand colors to the merchant's initials to generate unique cover photos and avatars.

While they aren't on Dribbble, a huge shoutout to Nicole & Josh for their incredible FED work, Mayra & Anna for extremely detailed research/QA, and Charlie for single-handedly hooking it all up in the backend. It was a very hectic, fun two days!
