Ticket Creation User Flow

I like to map out a user flow in pencil first, capturing what I believe are all of the steps. I also jot down questions I have for the user for clarification. Also, I leave a few squares blank just in case I need to fill in in a missing step. Then I will go through this user flow with the user to make sure I have it correct. Always testing, iterating and validating my designs and process.
