Exploding Button Interaction

I was messing around with Principle today, trying to figure out the timing of an interaction. This is for a real project, but with fake content to throw you off the trail.

I'd love feedback, especially on the "DONE" interaction (going back to the original view). Something doesn't seem quite right to me...
