Explaining our Predictive Model

At First we use predictive analytics to determine how likely someone is to sell their home. Our customers are interested in understanding how it works, but aren't data scientists... They're real estate agents! I'm working on a series of graphics for our website to help communicate the complexities of our product. Does this make sense to anyone?!
