Last year we worked with PTC on a redesign. This was the second time we had the opportunity to redesign their site, the first in 2012.

Working with higher-ed institutions is always a fun challenge because of the wide range of audiences that need to be catered to. When you consider the need to serve prospective and current students, parents, alumni, faculty & staff, you can see how varied their user base really is. What is most important to one group of people is not as important to another.
