Complicated UX problem

This is a work in progress, probably the third iteration, and we are still not satisfied. After talking to customers we realized how much their workflow was long and complicated without a good reason. But with each interface we come up with, there is a feeling we can make it even easier and faster. It's hard not to exaggerate and completely change the process they are already used to, as they might be reluctant to use this completely new solution. So we have to make it better but keep it simple enough for them to make a transition.
