Urge — a pager-like app for urgent contacts

I believe most of us really hate notifications. Until society will develop mobile operating systems where the silent mode is set by default. Until all urgent calls and messages will be made with the checkbox "Important", I do believe we should have something like this app.

Urge is for urgent situations when you need to contact a specific person ASAP.

Especially talking about people irritated by calls (like me).
