Modal part of a 1-2-3 step process, presented in the attachment. Confirmation of successful, paid, returned parcel.

Thinking if a green checkmark could improve the usability of this process by adding it at the top next to the wording.

The usability problems that we tried to solve in this modal was to give same importance to all buttons. We have to fix the issue to tell the user that he should download all 3 pdf so he can print them and attach it to the parcel he wants to return, and we came with a waterfall method. We attributed each section a number in the idea that these are actions, or steps, that have to be completed in order to successfully return his package with that carrier.
