Red Sox Scores: June 10, 2017
Game No. 061
Saturday night’s pitchers duel between Sox ace Chris Sale and Tigers’ star Justin Verlander got off to a good start. Sale struck out seven and walked no one and each starter held the other team to just three runs apiece. Once Verlander exited in the fifth inning after 108 pitches, Boston’s offense battered Detroit’s bullpen, driving in two runs in the seventh and another five in the eighth to pick up their second win of the series.

For every Red Sox game this season, @Dan Perrera and I will be visualizing the final score. Our ground rules: scores must be posted before the first pitch of the next game and must represent the final score. New for this year: home games will be on a white background, away games on black, and the Red Sox will always be red.
