Mead Business Card

This card was designed for a close friend who is currently studying and writing a book on the phenomenon of Ma in Japanese architecture. Ma is the temporal interstices between objects or events; it is the character to the right of this name. The cards hold his information recto-verso (Japanese on the back, English on the front), and have been designed in the International Style to reflect his tastes. This card is set in Neue Haas Unica, which is a contemporary response to the ubiquitous Helvetica, designed by Toshi Omagari.
