Add new task

Problem
We create a lot of our tasks from correspondence in letters or from comments

For example:
I send a new design to my colleagues for approval. I get a lot of edits from all my colleagues, and they all scattered in comments. So if I want to create a new task from all these edits, I need to switch between the window of creating task, and window with comments. I lose a lot of time by using copy-paste buttons, and unfortunately, can miss some edits

So, to solve this problem I suggest to create task right in window with comments\discussion
