Zendesk Guide is a smart knowledge base that helps tap into that institutional knowledge and puts it to work.

We have spent many sprints redesigning our Help Center and creating new knowledge management platform. Rethought UX and UI to match our Zendesk product family. A lot of thought and UX research went into rethinking user flows moving from management to help center website and user knowledge management workflows.
