Instant Payments

I've been playing with payments app over the weekend. Idea was simple:
• connect with your credit cards and bank accounts
• send money to friends (and venues / cashiers / anything) via bluetooth with 1 or 2 taps and fingerprint scan.

I know, it probably exists OR if it doesn't there's probably good reason (lack of API for bank accounts and credit cards, I guess?), but well - it was just for fun.
