Conversational AI diagram

I worked with Myra Labs (an AI assistant for business) on some visual stuff recently.

This diagram explains the system/flow of a message through the AI engine 💬

TL;DR: The user's question (blue chat bubble) is analyzed and key words are identified (chat bubble with red/yellow gradients). Each word is prioritized and tagged (i.e. is it a place? is it a date?). The AI engine replies accordingly (bottom chat bubble).
