Splinter of the Mind's Eye homage

Some of you may know for our Saturday Morning Trek April Fool's special we did a "100th Episode of A Star Wars Holiday Special Podcast" (A and not The because of course there is more than one!) http://trek.fm/saturday-morning-trek/28

Dayton Ward, Star TREK author, was kind enough to provide a faux bumper as the author of the upcoming "Rogue Five: Spliter of the Mind's Appendix" a play on the classic Alan Dean Foster novel "Splinter of the Mind's Eye"

Well, for the 40th Anniversary of the release of Star Wars I was going to do a quick fake book cover, but as I worked on it I realized first, appendix's are not attractive and if you make them a silhouette they can look...naughty.

So my parody book cover quickly morphed int a decent homage to the Ralph McQuarrie classic cover!
