Dashboard Design

A couple of weeks ago, a few developers approached me with a problem; They said that an internal application they developed had some issues.
After analysing how they used this tool for their day-to-day work, I redesigned the dashboard of this tool to simplify it's UI, keeping in mind who the user's of this tool were and what they used this tool for and how much time of their day was spent on this tool.
