Something interesting pretty much all recruiters told me until now, is that when you're an UI/UX designer they want to know more about your process. Your awesome screenshots are not enough (they're important, but, you gotta show more than that). Show your thoughts, your process, your inspirations! How you manage and combine ideas and practices!
