We recently wrapped up this logo project for the great guys at Barrier Island Oyster Co.
"While Neptune is often depicted brandishing a trident against seen or unseen foes, that imagery speaks to his rank and power, elements that are of little relevance to our small eco-conscious oyster company.
Instead, we share his love for the sea itself, and his unyielding devotion to its well being. The way his beard and hair flow into the waves illustrates our own mutually beneficial coexistence with the natural world.
Like Neptune, BIO helps protect the water we all share by consciously practicing farming methods that are not only sustainable, but restorative. While growing clean, delicious oysters fit for a king."
