028/100: Blenda

Blenda was a Swedish noblewoman who, according to the legend, saved a whole region from being pillaged while the men were away fighting in a war. She gathered the other women in the village and made a large feast for the attackers. After they got drunk and fell asleep, the women slit their throats. Her heroism lead to women gaining equal rights over their estates. Whether or not she is real is heavily debated, but it's still a great story.
