Useless UX: Pull-to-Refresh Weather App

Second idea of my "Useless UX" series!

ummm where do I start?

- Does the world really need yet another weather app?
- Does a weather app need a fancy pull-to-refresh animation, which is also weather-themed?
- How about a header with dynamic color?

Besides coming up with the above questions, I took this opportunity to practice my AE skills. I spent 3 days on this animation: the SF skyline took most of my time while preparing image assets; the rest is moving each element in AE. I used the rectangle tool in AE to animate the rounded-corners for the first time. I also tried editing the bezier curve to make the animation more natural.
