Kulfi is a frozen dairy dessert from the Indian subcontinent. Kulfi is a persian word and the dessert originated in the Mughal empire. The traditional flavours include Cream, Rose, Almond, Saffron, Pistachio and Cardamom. Denser and creamier than icecream, invented for the royal Mughals, the dessert still seems to be loved by all Indians.
