Gees! Had a nostalgic moment when I found this image.

This was one of my Character Concept Art for a Video Game I helped develop for a final year project when I was in Varsity back in 2009.

What you see before you is a Darkling, an alien race that colonises planets and feasts on any civilisation that inhabits the planet. They are a collective swarm that plague the universe and have been moving from planet to planet for millennia. Only one race can fight the Darklings, and that is the Morphlings. Once a peaceful race, their sole purpose has become the elimination of the Darklings after they attacked and destroyed their homeworld.

The Video Game was a 3D Space Strategy Game that incorporated an AI and a 3D Physics Engine. It was awesome working on the project!

Ah! The old days... should start doing this again.
