Food management app | Concept design

Most of the food in the organizations got wasted which could be easily distributed to the needy. Here's my app idea to minimize food wastage and properly utilize the food.
Users-
NGOs, Student Hostels
Features-
Manage your inventory daily( raw food, cooked food, misc and waste generated)
Submit the food you've got in surplus so that other organizations get to know about it.
Request the food from other organizations by messaging them directly or by sending a public request.
Contact the organization by messaging so as to complete the further process of collecting food.
