Koala playing cards

If you've been following me on instagram or twitter (type kirk in the search field and follow them all until you find me i guess) then you've seen me posting about this deck of cards I had the pleasure to work on with a wonderful client of .. mine? can a client be YOURS? I guess its more like a group of people I work with sometimes and it's a fun collaborative effort that is great.

Anyway so I was tasked to make a deck of cards in a few weeks and at first we were like yeah ok well we can just modify the koala mascot slightly for different cards / suits etc but then once I started I thought there was no way that would be fun enough so I drew like 15 koalas and here is one of them the king of aces.

I heard @Timothy J. Reynolds is a fan of suicide kings.. So that'll get posted soon too. We're getting a boat load of these decks printed so I cant wait to show some photos of that!
