Level Up - Learning to Code

At Engine there is a strong culture of constant learning and progression, which helps us stay motivated and keep our work at a high level. Each team member recently had the opportunity to work on a personal project that focused on three skills that we would like to "Level Up".

Being a digital designer, I wanted to build upon my dev skills - so I chose HTML, CSS, and JS. I ended up re-designing and building a homepage for Felt Bicycles. It was a rewarding process and I can see the value that other teams can get from allowing time to do more projects like this.
