Kubermatic "Kubi"

How "Kubi" was created:

Kubi was created, because the people wanted a kubernetes product they liked. Something they want on their t-shirts and laptops. Loodse already has a cute jellyfish as a company logo.

So it was my challenge to combine my character illustration skills which I acquired by simply liking games and classic graphic design skills. It is important for a game artist to "copy" the style of another's artist style if you want to work in a team. Or in my case, if you want to create a logo for a "logo family".

Why a fish?

Kubernetes and container management is about nautic symbols. While searching for the right character by creating many sketches, we saw that a piranha would make a fun character people would like. You may know "Milo" from "The Mask" who creates similar funny emotions when watching this character.

So here we are with a very funny and fun to make logo that I put on my laptop as well. :-)
