Discovery Vitality Active Rewards Wireframes
I was given the opportunity to work on an innovative product with a great team at Discovery Limited with Vitality called Active Rewards.
Active Rewards is a Vitality product that gives Discovery Vitality members a personalised fitness program and enables customers to set goals that can be achieved by applying healthy habits.
Rewards are earned weekly when a fitness goal is achieved.
If you would like to read up on some of the research we conducted you can read it here from BBC.

My Role:
Was part of the R&D and feature team as a UX/UI designer to conduct the necessary research, create the customer journeys and user experience as well as design the screens that feature in the Discovery member app today.
Process Applied:
Conducted extensive user research, contextual inquiries, stakeholder interviews as well as user observations.
The aim was to answer the central question “What would make someone (anyone) want to become healthier?”.
Once done, we tabulated data which led to the creation of wireframes and prototypes of user interfaces that were used for rapid prototyping testing during user testing.
Results of user testing led to final user interface designs that I had the privilege of assisting to design with the development team.
