Olio Cassarà check-out modal

This is a hypothetical checkout modal for an olive oil brand I started with a friend of mine in Italy. I'm looking at re-building the site, and the daily UI briefs have been a great opportunity to play around with a few ideas.

We're trying to convey a classic, rustic Italian sensibility that alludes to our roots as an organic food brand, while staying current and on-trend. Here, I played with a material-design inspired modal - what are your thoughts?
