Mill10 - Clock Tower

A rejected logo direction for a loft-style apartment community.

As the community is a redevelopment of an old jute mill in Ludlow, MA, for this direction I wanted to pay homage to the history of the site. The clocktower is unique to the location, and the palette samples from the exterior of the building.
