Red Sox Scores: April 30, 2017
Game No. 024
After ceding their two-run lead to the visiting Chicago Cubs in the seventh inning, the Red Sox drove in four runs in the bottom of the eighth, including yet another homer from Hanley Ramírez, thanks to some poor pitching and sloppy defense. Just back from his suspension, reliever Matt Barnes picked up the win while former Sox closer Koji Uehara took the loss for his new team.

For every Red Sox game this season, @Dan Perrera and I will be visualizing the final score. Our ground rules: scores must be posted before the first pitch of the next game and must represent the final score. New for this year: home games will be on a white background, away games on black, and the Red Sox will always be red.
