Vellum is a high quality writing paper used for technical drawings, plans, and writing. Although traditional vellum is made from calf skin, the modern day usage of the term vellum, implies a high quality paper made from cotton rather than other cheaper materials. Re stands for multiple things, but primarily the rediscovery of quality writing materials.
