This was one of my proudest projects at BetterWorks!
The problem
The HR space is experiencing a paradigm shift. Annual performance reviews are being replaced with more frequent check ins between managers and their direct reports. The annual review entails employees preparing days, even weeks preparing for the review, because it’s really difficult recollecting what happened over the course of a year.
Frequent checks in entails managers meeting with their directs each quarter to discuss topics regarding professional development. However, it’s really difficult for HR to analyze what is happening in these conversations.
The solution
Our solution allows HR to create question templates in order to help foster the growth of their employees. Managers and their direct reports can use these templates to help guide their development conversations, and provides a destination for them to reference any topics regarding the development of their careers.
