Like Michelangelo's David
Strategy dictated a brand system that communicates simplicity, cleverness, and effectiveness. One concepting direction—Negative Space—invoked Michelangelo's remarks about his David, “I saw the angel in the marble and carved until I set him free.” What you see in the negative space, the shadows that cast the dominant power in relief, is a perfect outline.
We're off in a different direction, one that better suits the client, but there is great promise and enjoyment in the exploration. High-fives to @Chase Turberville for brand design and @Clea Hernandez for strategy and copy work.
