Reminder: This project aims at showing how we tackle a problem at La Ruche by presenting all the steps in « real time ».

Exploration
The research showed us that Hosts and Producers have a lot of interactions by phone to manage low stocks.
Hosts manage the sales and Producers manage the Production but, since it's a Short Food Supply Chain, we can't afford much latency.

This is one of the first exploration. Just to get an idea out and see how it would look if we kept only one thing.
While talking with Vincent (our Data Scientist on the project), we drifted toward Sales Predictions as a mean to warn in advance. Depending on the type of sales point and the time of the year, we can estimate when a stock will get low.
This would let us give the more important info with just one color. Is it empty, low or fine.
