Healthcare Quote Form (WIP)

Super excited to share with you a part of this awesome project. It's a healthcare platform for connecting end-users with suppliers of services. It's kind of like Uber for services about patients, but on a quote-based model. This is part of the quote-maker, which the end-users would use frequently.

The main challenge was to find a way to engage users into filling in their details without making it boring for them. The user interviews showed that people were really tired of working with documents.

The solution was an aesthetically pleasing form, that doesn't look and feel like a tradition form, but works equally good.
