Random pals

These ones are generated randomly with some Ruby code that makes a bunch of SVGs. I've replaced a couple of elements that could make for some dodgy combinations. Getting pretty happy with these, although I might add some more elements: currently there are only about 73,000 unique combinations, so I might need some more variety.
